A Few Updates: British Photography Awards & Leek Open Studios
I have been shortlisted for the British Photography Awards 2026
I am very pleased to share that three of my photographs has been shortlisted for the British Photography Awards this year.
The three images are quite different from one another – one is a fine-art portrait from my personal project, one is a black-and-white lighthouse from Tenerife, and the third is a street image that captures a cyclist beneath palm trees by the sea in Spain.
It’s always interesting to see how different bodies of photographic work sit alongside one another, and I am pleased that these three images have been selected.

Leek Open Studios 2026 – Come and Meet the Maker
I am also very pleased to be taking part in Leek Open Studios 2026 this year, and I would love to see you there!
I will be exhibiting at the Foxlowe Arts Centre in Leek on:
Saturday 26th
September 10am–4pm
It’s a free event and a great opportunity to meet local artists and makers, see their work in person and find out more about what they do.
I will be there with my multiple exposure photography, and it would be lovely to meet some of you in person and have a chat about my work and creative process.
I will also be doing mini taster editing sessions during the day.
There will be more than 25 local artists and makers taking part across different venues around Leek, so there will be plenty to discover.
